RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Jewelry
• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Â
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
